About the Role
Responsible for handling customer inquires via telephone, email, or online platform received from corporate clients and to ensure service level agreement is maintained within target.
Attend to inbound call, email and fax enquiries regarding claims, letter of guarantee and policy member maintenance request received from corporate clients (Insured Employees / Members, HR personnel, Agents, Brokers)
Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed consistently.
Update enquiry details and claim documents into system.
Issue Letter of Guarantee to panel hospital and insured member.
Delivering and maintaining minimum customer service standard as set by the company.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduates of Degree / Diploma in any discipline are welcomed to apply.
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service
Proficient in both written and spoken English .
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage to attend to customers from China, Hong Kong and Macau region.
Empathetic and possess good problem-solving skills.
Interested in learning and acquiring good communication and soft skills.
Enjoys interacting with / and helping people.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
Willing to work on 24 / 7 shift
Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
Willing to follow Singapore working calendar .
