Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR roles, including 2+ years in a leadership / managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (Infotech)
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s labour law and HR best practices.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to improve HR processes through digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, or service-driven industries is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs aligned with company values and legal requirements.Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Drive performance management, learning and development, and staff engagement programs.Ensure legal compliance and handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.Maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates.Set up, customize, and manage HR software / tools for performance reviews, attendance, training, and communication.Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational structure.Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture.Benefits
