Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from certificated, diploma or degree in Accounting / Business Admin
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Basic knowledge of account task

Responsibilities

  • Maintain update basic and general account
  • Prepare Purchase Order & Invoice
  • Key-in account details into system
  • Verify claims
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers
  • Administrative work
  • HR admin task
  • Assist in the general administrative duties in the office
  • Bookeeping for tax related task
  • Other ad-hoc task & duties to be assigned from time to time
