Job Responsibilities
Responsible for processing of Payroll.
To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Worker Schedule & update Leave Form
To process SOCSO claims relating to work related injuries
To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF
Experience in performance and disciplinary management, employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
Arrange training for staffs
Handle recruitment and selection process, source for suitable candidates for office
Liaise with statutory bodies and relevant authorities and matters pertaining to labor laws, industrial relations, statutory requirements, tax and insurance
Responsible for the general office administration such as office supplies, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment
Responsible for company vehicles, renewal of license, safety measures and cleanliness.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma / Advanced in Human Resource Management Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
