Job Description

Administrative

  • Manage office suppliers, documents and filling systems
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office maintenance.
  • Manage factory insurance, company car road tax renewal
  • Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Director
  • Assisting with the preparation of global sales reports and providing updates to the Director
  • Perform other administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

HR Support

  • Assist with recruitment tasks (posting jobs arranging interview, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee record and HR database
  • Prepare HR documents such as memos
  • Help coordinate staff onboarding, training, and welfare activities.
  • Track staff attendance and leave applications
  • Application Visa permit for expatriate workers
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage to support the Global operation
  • Willing to relocation : Sungai Jawi, Pulau Pinang
  • Proficiency in the Korean language is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Additional Information

  • Salary Range : RM3,200 to RM3,500
