Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Design and Implementation : Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technology infrastructure, including network, server, storage, and cloud environments.
System Management and Support : Managing and supporting the maintenance of IT infrastructure related equipment, software, and configurations to ensure smooth operations.
Security and Compliance : Defining, validating, and implementing security controls and cybersecurity best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Monitoring and maintaining system performance, ensuring reliability, and optimizing for optimal operation.
Project Management : Leading infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, particularly within cloud environments.
Automation and DevOps : Utilizing development and DevOps tools, infrastructure management, and automation to create scalable and secure systems.
Collaboration and Communication : Working collaboratively with other teams, including frontline support and backend infrastructure teams.

Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, storage solutions, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.

Infrastructure Management Tools : Proficiency in infrastructure management tools and automation platforms.

Security Knowledge : Understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.

Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Project Management Skills : Ability to manage infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
