Job Description
- Prepare and manage the full set of accounts.
- Conduct research and recommend a suitable accounting system that supports e-invoicing and integrates with the sales teams quotation and invoicing processes.
- Update daily sales revenue in company-provided templates.
- Handle monthly payroll processes including staff salary journals and claims.
- Calculate and track sales commissions for the sales team.
- Submit monthly statutory contributions and tax filings online.
- Compile and maintain records of sales invoices and purchase invoices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience handling a full set of accounts.Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience selecting or setting up a system is an advantage).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Remuneration : Up to RM5,000
