Job Purposes : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Group Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities : -Support GHR team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities. -Support new hire onboarding programs. -Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. -Assist in organizing training and wellness initiatives. -Organizing and maintaining GHR-related documentation and files. -Coordinating employer branding content across companies’ social media channels. -Maintain and update SharePoint repositories with the latest training materials. -Conducting market research and surveys on employee benefits. -Participate in HR projects (e.g., policy updates, process improvements). -Contributing to other ad-hoc GHR projects or tasks as required. -Provide general administrative support to the GHR team. Key Requirements : -Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); -Good interpersonal skills at all levels. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy. -Able to set priorities and meet deadlines. -Able to identify and deal with problems.
