About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Science Manager to lead and grow our Data Science team. Requirements : -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or experience in related fields. -5+ years of experience in data science with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role. -Strong proficiency in Python and R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, etc.). -Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight). -Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical. -Proven track record of delivering impactful data projects that influence business outcomes.
