Requirements
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Received formal culinary training / have experience in relevant field (preferable)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Having food safety knowledge
- Good Knife and Kitchen Sanitation Skills
- Will be working at Equine Park, Seri Kembangan
- Willing to go to other outlets when necessary (at Jalan Bellamy / Kepong)
Responsibilities
To help with preparation and service of food ensuring high standard of food hygiene and customer care.To serve customer in a friendly and helpful manner, according to organisation policy on customer care and outlet service standard.Responsible for the station assigned to him / her by the Demi Chef or Chef De Partie.Replace the Demi chef in his / her absence.To help preventing spoilage and Over production through daily check.To be runner person for buying market and perishable item needed.Benefits
