Responsibilities
- Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
- Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
- Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
- Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
- Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
- Update customer's information accurately in the Bank's system
- Ensurepliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification with 5 creditsCandidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferredFluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage;Strong customer handling and problem solving skillsAbility to navigate and use tablet and other digital toolsFresh graduates are encouraged to applyDue to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritized.
