Requirements

- Language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing is a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee general office operations, including front deskAssisting with general office tasks, maintaining equipment, and greeting visitors.Basic clerk duties such as handling fillings and Office administration.Able to do general accounting including invoicing, issuing receipts, and stock receivablesLodging documents with the relevant authoritiesOfficial Receipt, Credit Note, and Payment Voucher.Prepare monthly invoice, report & handle DO & QuotationTasks include Utility bills, Renewal of company permits / licenses / insurance, Renew Car road tax / insurance & Petty Cash.Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superiorBenefits
