Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • English language proficiency in comprehension and speaking to handle inbound calls from Australia, and New Zealand
  • 1 year working experience in call center environment
  • Able to work independently
  • Good Attitude and team spirit
  • Good Communication skills, Problem-solving and Attention to Details.

Responsibilities

Respond to customers and partners about :

  • Company’s products and service
  • Inquiries about pricing
  • Feedback and complaints
  • Benefits

  • Salary up to RM3,500
  • Not required to sell
  • EPF, SOCSO and EIS provided
  • 12 Annual Leave days, 14 Sick leave days
  • Medical Claims
  • 5 days work week, 2 days off
  • 9 hrs work daily with 1 hour meal break
  • 24 / 7 Rotating Shift
  • Shift Allowance
