An exciting prestigious banking institution with a number of exceptional products and services is currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to be a part of the fast-growing team!
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Quality Assurance (QA) reviews aligned with IIA standards, while staying updated on regulatory and business changes to effectively assess risk and control coverage. You will also contribute to the global QAIP programme, enhances operational efficiency through effective QA techniques, and supports training initiatives to build internal audit capabilities. Not only that, you will also build strong relationships across teams to ensure consistent QA delivery,municates findings proactively, and fosters a culture of openness, curiosity, and collaboration within the division.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess :
At least 10 years of working experience within Quality Assurance / Internal Audit within the banking and financial services sector
Strong understanding of industry regulations and extensive knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment and control frameworks.
Ability to address internal and external findings to deadlines to support objectives
