Requirements
Position : Account Executive
Competency :
More than 2 years of working experience in Account field.
Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in SQL
Experience in dealing with bank and financing institution
Experience with account payable & account receivable job scope
Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
Responsibility :
Provide general account support, ensure proper filing of documents, mailing, copying, sorting
Assist in accounting and data entry assistance
Complie receipts and update cash flow
Process and update invoices, delivery order
Monitor and call for payment collection
Prepare weekly cash flow report
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Authority :
Sign letter of authorization for our despatch personnel to execute documentation submission and collection for the company
Authorised to deal with customer for payment collection and supplier for payment related
Any other authority assigned by superior / HOD from time to time
