Requirements
Qualification & Experience :
- Min. Diploma in Biomedical Electronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering or 1-2 years’ experience in the medical industry.
- Bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge on product specification and intended use.
- Exhibit great enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skill.
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in the medical industry.
- Good product technical knowledge.
- Computer literate.
- Obtain good product and technical knowledge.

Explore all sales opportunities within regions allocated by Sales ManagerGenerate revenue through salesPurchase necessary tools and advanced delivery of spare-parts to customer when necessarily urgentTo acquire and receive all malfunctioned equipment from customer.Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Promote product to potential customers.Participate in the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, meetings, etc.Understand customer requirements.Prepare quotations and costing, ensuring discount prices are within the allowable percentage or range.Negotiate prices with customers.Conduct product demonstrations for customers.Provide product training to customers.Visit and follow up with customers on a regular basis.Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and shows.Build and maintain good rapport with customers.Handle all customer enquiries and breakdown issues.Perform testing and commissioning, warranty service, breakdown repair, and contract service.Investigate and respond to customer complaints and feedback.Benefits
