Requirements

  • Diploma and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business related fields or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to speak in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia will add on advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Multilingual is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for outgoing personalities to join our team to shaping and structuring new deals for our suite of Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, IT Networking and Cybersecurity products. Our ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the company and explain our products clearly to help clients find the best solutions for their business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to increase sales.
  • Meet sales targets every week, month, and year.
  • Find new sales opportunities by giving good customer service and building trust.
  • Research the market and competitors to stay updated and informed.
  • Connect with current and potential clients to grow relationships.
  • Manage and maintain existing client accounts.
  • Respond to client questions and requests quickly and helpfully.
  • Use different sales techniques tailored to each client.
  • Keep a professional and friendly connection with clients.
  • Help clients understand our products and services.
  • Find new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, or attending events.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Start new relationships with clients and suppliers, and grow current ones.
