Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering , Materials Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Physics or equivalent
- Experience : Min. 1-2 years of experience in any semiconductor manufacturing environment,
- Self-driven and strong motivated team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
- Possesses good English communication and writing capability. Knowing Japanese language is an extra advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
- Meticulous with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
Responsibilities
To provide engineering, technical support and after-sales support, including attending technical queries, providing technical information and advice to customersTo initiate and organize continuous customer support and establish good relationship with customersTo provide guidance and support to customer in developing, sustenance, and improvement of process capability to exceed / meet operations goalsTo troubleshoot customer’s out-of-control situations and process issues and provide corrective actionsTo coordinator with customers to start-up new processes which involves process characterization and developmentWork as a team with direct and indirect departments to meet company set goals and objectivesAnalyze evaluation data and generate report for internal and external usageTo initiate proposals and future process improvements for customersBenefits
