Contract Executive

You will lead and manage the contractual and commercial aspects of supply and installation projects, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

What You'll Do

Review, interpret, and manage contract terms and conditions to ensure full compliance with legal and project requirements.

Lead the preparation and timely submission of tender documents and bills of quantities in coordination with technical and project teams.

Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims and variation orders (VO) in alignment with project milestones and specifications.

Assist in monitoring project budgets, verifying material requisitions, and controlling cash flow to ensure financial efficiency.

Collaborate with project teams to manage claims such as Extension of Time (EOT) and Loss & Expense, and support resolution of disputes.

Organize and maintain contract-related documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) to support audits, reporting, and compliance.

Assess subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment certificates to ensure fair and timely compensation.

Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to improve contract processes and project delivery outcomes.

Support finance teams in managing outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection from clients.

Participate in and support company-wide initiatives related to safety, environmental responsibility, and quality assurance.

What You Need to Succeed

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or other relevant disciplines.

Strong understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
