The Business Analyst work closely with stakeholders which ensure that the company’s processes are effective in delivering customer friendly business solutions to achieve the company’s strategy, commitments and goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Conduct business walkthrough with Business Units to develop business initiatives or requirements, seek clarification, identify initiatives correlation, and provide initial process and systems impact analysis and resource needs.
Conduct workflow process review, identify process gaps, and implement process improvement initiatives
Involve in Core System Enhancement and work closely with IT developer on system risk assessment to ensure system delivery meet the timeline after assigned by supervisor.
Collect, understand, analyze, and develop the functional specification (FS) document and the business workflow process, review with the business users and to seek concurrence and acceptance, share the FS with IT Application Section, to assess system development effort, and ensure delivery meet user expectation.
Develop the Test Plan and execute the test scenario and test scripts.
Ensure Quality Delivery and Compliance
Involve in evaluation and feasibility study of new projects with guidance from senior BA
Deliver Service Request for system enhancement, new initiatives / projects
Assist in the development of procedural and training manual and conduct system training to users
Any other job related tasks or assignments that may be reasonably assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
