• Warmly greet clients upon arrival and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere. -Be an expert in Momence, our booking platform, including checking clients in, managing bookings, and performing basic data analysis such as evaluating class profitability and assisting with class scheduling. -Handle class scheduling and rescheduling, coordinate instructor replacements, and ensure all classes are properly staffed and organized. -Engage in sales activities by promoting and selling products or packages to clients to support revenue growth. -Support marketing efforts, including creating engaging social media content and designing posts using Canva. -Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and hygiene standards by performing light cleaning tasks—such as dusting, general tidying, and refilling sanitizers—before and between classes to ensure a safe and inviting environment for clients. -Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic studio environment. -Be proactive in identifying and resolving operational challenges to ensure seamless studio operations and a positive client experience.
