  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's goals.  -Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. -Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives, and providing ongoing feedback and support. Ensure the team has the resources and guidance needed to succeed. -Work closely with other departments, such as sales, business development, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives. -Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI. -Direct the development of a multi-channel content strategy, leveraging data and analytics to produce highly targeted content that engages diverse audience segments and supports the customer journey from awareness to conversion. -Champion the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge marketing techniques and technologies, including AI-driven analytics, programmatic advertising, and virtual or augmented reality experiences to enhance brand interaction. -Conduct market research to gather insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends. -Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. -Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights from campaign data, guiding strategic decisions and continuously improving marketing effectiveness and efficiency. -Lead initiatives to map and optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints, with a focus on personalization and customer satisfaction. -Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact. -Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts to support marketing efforts. -Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.   • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or professional marketing certification (eg : CIM, AMA) is a plus. -3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role. -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO / SEM technologies), content management systems, and data analytics software. -In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, adept at leveraging both digital and traditional channels to engage business clients effectively. -Strong project management and multitasking skills, able to be analytical and use creative thinking skills to merge data insights with innovative approaches to marketing challenges. -Exceptional command over digital marketing best practices, including analytics, search engine optimization, and social media engagement. -Adaptability and resilience, maintaining strategic focus amid evolving market conditions and operational challenges. -Leadership potential to guide, inspire, and cultivate a marketing team towards achieving collective and individual goals.
