Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support data and process and input activities for POS & Inventory systems within Malaysia, acting as the main control point for all changes.
  • Support on the data deployment of Digital Ordering such as Self Ordering Kiosks and Mobile Ordering
  • Uphold data governance frameworks
  • Working closely with Regional APAC Data team to handle the master data cleansing and maintenance as per agreed standards.
  • Recommend improvements and assist in streamlining and engineering workflows and processes.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Education / Qualification

  • Diploma or above (preferably in Commercial / Restaurant / Hospitality Operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese would be beneficial

    • Knowledge and Skills

  • Prior experience with POS or Inventory systems servings customers
  • A flexible working approach as some projects / support may require calls with the other regional teams.
  • Sensitive to numbers, detailed minded, logical thinking, well organized and adaptive to fast-paced retail environment
