Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support data and process and input activities for POS & Inventory systems within Malaysia, acting as the main control point for all changes.
- Support on the data deployment of Digital Ordering such as Self Ordering Kiosks and Mobile Ordering
- Uphold data governance frameworks
- Working closely with Regional APAC Data team to handle the master data cleansing and maintenance as per agreed standards.
- Recommend improvements and assist in streamlining and engineering workflows and processes.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Education / Qualification
Diploma or above (preferably in Commercial / Restaurant / Hospitality Operations)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in English, Chinese would be beneficialKnowledge and Skills
Prior experience with POS or Inventory systems servings customersA flexible working approach as some projects / support may require calls with the other regional teams.Sensitive to numbers, detailed minded, logical thinking, well organized and adaptive to fast-paced retail environmentFresh Graduates are welcome to apply
