Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
  • Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and food service etiquette.
  • Familiar with POS and table reservation systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
  • Able to manage operations during peak hours and high guest volume (up to 100 pax).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Setia Alam.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation, adhering to established recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation, deposits, and petty cash disbursement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
