The Telesales Executive cum Sales plays a hybrid role combining outbound telesales with business development. The position is responsible for engaging potential customers or donors through outbound calls, driving lead-generation efforts, and supporting client acquisition strategies. This role plays a critical part in expanding market reach, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Telesales Executive -Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet sales goals, guided by a team leader's coaching and support. -Meet and exceed fixed-rate targets and lead contact rate KPIs. -Engage donors with a positive and friendly attitude, creating opportunities to pitch products related to acquisition, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation. -Handle objections effectively to close sales and improve donor engagement. -Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on donor needs and capabilities. -Accurately update donor interactions in the CRM system. -Log both positive and negative customer feedback to help improve overall satisfaction. -Ensure all fulfilment requests and data are submitted correctly to the processing team. -Follow up or assign next actions per contact centre SOPs. -Provide suggestions for process improvements and actively participate in initiatives to enhance call centre effectiveness. -Quickly adapt and settle into new responsibilities as needed. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members. -Participate in training, coaching, and marketing-related activities assigned by management. Sales Development Lead Generation and Management : -Develop and execute strategies to grow the lead pipeline in the Malaysia and Singapore market. -Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups on marketing inquiries. -Qualify leads by identifying the right decision-makers, including C-level executives, for JAG Group Services. -Pre-qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the Client Management Team. -Manage a sales funnel, track opportunities, and support long-term business development. -Conduct market research to identify trends, potential industries, and competitor activities for strategic business planning. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and contact information.
