Job Description for TA Banking
- Assigned to a client project for recruitment funneling within banking domain
- Identify fulfillment channels (e.g., agencies, career website, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral)
- Monitor and track candidate status across hiring process
- Analyses the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root causes, interventions and monitor execution / closure of related actions
- Analyses sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. agencies, career website C job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral)
- Analyses agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences C individual tracker maintenance
- Handling internal stakeholders and coordination of profiles
- Employment Pass process and understanding
- Handling of Manual tracker of profiles shared to both vendors and internal stake holders.
