As a Sales Manager, you will be driving and growing Transmission Products & Systems business in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei with local Business Unit Head and achieve New Order Intake targets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Regular market information update (including both customers and competitors update) and opportunities pipeline with full transparency via Sales Force tool for Order Intake forecast and planning.
- Analyzes and evaluates markets and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders and spots opportunities for local product, product bundle and system business.
- Prepares customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focused network in order to develop both customer and industry / vertical market expertise systematically.
- Prepares and negotiates bid proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
- Supports customers directly in cost / benefits analyses and calculations in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products.
- Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments or projects for the customer.
- Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
- May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
What You Bring
Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering / technicalProven sales experience in Electrical ProductsExcellent sales knowledge of common technologies related to High Voltage equipment such as Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers and / or Air Insulated Switchgear / Gas Insulated Switchgear and good understanding about high voltage electrical industryGood communication, presentation skill and highly result drivenProven track record of high performance and outstanding achievements in your previous positionsSolid Excel and PowerPoint skills. Salesforce is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills
