Educational Background -Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Chinese, Media Arts, or related fields. Work Experience -Minimum 5 years of new media operation experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role. Experience in internet / technology / cloud services / domain-related industries is a plus. Skill Requirements -Strong understanding of the operational logic behind mainstream new media platforms; skilled in content marketing, fan engagement, and brand promotion. -Excellent content planning skills, solid copywriting abilities, good aesthetic sense; familiarity with short video and livestream planning and production. -Strong data analysis skills and results-oriented mindset, able to create optimization strategies based on metrics. -Innovative thinker, able to stay on top of new media trends and apply them effectively in work. Communication and Collaboration -Exceptional cross-functional communication and project management skills; able to efficiently coordinate resources and drive project execution. -Highly responsible, strong execution ability, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Language Skills -Fluent in both Chinese and English to liaise with stakeholders. Experience with international new media marketing is preferred.
