Requirements

Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field of study.
Candidates must possess at least Degree
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Rotating shift (Morning / Night)

Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible of but not limited to :

On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at gateway sorting center.

Coordinating with regional driver team.

Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.

Timely handling abnormal situations of vehicles, report to relevant units or departments.

Communicating with gateway staffs for smooth operation.

JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.

Ensuring all the vehicles depart and arrive on time.

Daily report.

Adhoc task assigned by superior.
