Key Responsibilities : Ongoing liaison with mall management for any approvals, permits, and smooth operations.
Act as the main point of contact between APOLLO, Always and Kiosk execution teams.
Planning & execution of short & medium-term promotional plans.
Ensure all APLOLLO expectations and KPIs are met on-site.
Ensure execution of SOPs.
Coordinate between logistics, operations, and marketing teams for smooth deployment.
Track daily performance, stocks management, banking overview, prepare weekly reports and reconciliations.
Identify challenges & growth opportunities.
Responsibility to ensure commercial tracking & SOP compliances.
Resolve escalations, manage expectations, and fine-tune operations based on feedback.
