• Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Monitoring and trains security guards on assigned shift.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities including disciplining, complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior.
• Maintains a professional departmental, company and community reputation. Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders. Responsibilities include training security planning.
• Provides overall protection of company assets and employees.
• Reconciling the security logs against shift responsibilities and patrols. Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner.
• Interacts with local law enforcement agencies (Police, Bomba) as required. Responding to security incidents and accidents.
• Maintain all documents as security responsibilities. Maintain key management and all security items.
• Lead emergency response drills.
• Attends all required training as assigned and required.
• Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards.
• Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to : a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
