Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Scope : -
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to employment, policies, and benefits.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
