Requirements
- Can speak in English / Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Able to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer requests
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
- Possess B full license will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Take care showroom and bike cleanliness, make sure bike display in proper way.Greet and serve walk in customers, advise, offering assistance and promote products and services.Active in social media to promote motorcycles and get sales.Daily calling and follow up with customers, handle customer inquiries and complaints.Build strong relationship with customers.Educate and assist customer to test ride.Achieve monthly booking target & sales target.Handle sales process, including booking collection, loan submission, bike registration and bike delivery.Attend roadshow to promote products and build brand awareness.Receive and unload new shipment.Prepare and submit report to HOD on time.Teamwork.Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.Benefits
