Requirements

Education : SPM holders are welcome, provided they have strong English skills.
Fresh Graduates : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially if they have a keen interest in sales—personality will be a key factor.
Sales Experience : Previous sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, chat messages, and web inquiries from prospective and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate information on products or services.

Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by delivering tailored product recommendations.

Maintain a strong understanding of product features, promotions, and pricing structures.

Manage and update customer information and sales activities using CRM tools.
