The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. -Analyze and understand clients’ business processes to translate their needs into clear user requirements and technical specifications. -Manage the lifecycle of requirements and change requests to ensure alignment with project goals. -Contribute to project planning, execution, progress tracking, and issue escalation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. -Provide guidance and support to clients on system usage and resolve operational issues promptly. -Conduct end-user training sessions and deliver system demonstrations as needed. -Prepare, maintain, and update operations manuals and training documentation. -Work closely with the technical team to gain a strong understanding of application architecture and system functionalities. -Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with users. -Plan, coordinate, and execute Integration Testing (IT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). -Support the business development team with pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical input. -Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as required.   • Possess a Degree in Business Management, IT Solutions, Project Management, Economics, or other relevant fields -Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, especially in enterprise IT project environments. -A background in IT or economics with a mindset aligned with business information systems is preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. -Confident in engaging with stakeholders of varying seniority and cultural backgrounds. -Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. -Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure. -Keen interest in technology, with working knowledge of IT systems in insurance or financial services. -Positive learning attitude with a willingness to improve and grow in the role. -Willing to work at SERDANG.
