EPOS As part of EPOS’ strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, we are building a dynamic Sales Executive (also known as Account Manager) to drive our ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team focused on empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through EPOS’ cutting-edge solutions. Job Summary In this role, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants and helping them unlock growth through technology. You’ll work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalize their operations— from Retail to FandB and beyond. This is more than just a sales role. It’s a chance to be part of a meaningful movement—to help local businesses thrive in an increasingly digital economy. This is what your job scope will be... Acquiring Merchants -Pro active cold calling and / or Engage inbound leads to identifying potential merchants to onboard with EPOS -Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Merchants. -Negotiate and communicate contract terms with key Merchants to seal agreements. Account Management -Engage key merchants and provide the best solutions to address their business needs and maximize their sales potential. Stakeholders -Build relationships and engage key merchants on a daily basis. -Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer success and service. We would to love hear from you if... -You have previous work experience (Ideally 2 years), sales pitching to customer on products, solution or services. -You have good understanding and connections in FandB or / and Retail industries. -You are outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales. -You are a fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence. -You’re driven, motivated and committed to success. -You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn. -Training will be provided.
