Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.Handle daily office tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.Perform bank reconciliations and update financial records.Support monthly and year-end closing processes.Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Other ad hoc duties assigned by management.Benefits
