Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle daily office tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update financial records.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
