Requirements

  • Ability to Speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Familiarity Speaking and Written in Mandarin being an advantage for client interactions.
  • Posses Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skill.
  • Punctuality.
  • Proactive and independent team player.
  • Eager to learn new things.
  • Willing to take challenge.
  • Multi-tasker.
  • Positive thinker.
  • Able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Aggressive in achieving goals set by management.
  • Willing to work after ordinary working hour if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all project activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner to prepare and develop to new inquiry by customer. (Oversea Market)
  • To process the PO inquiry from existing customer.
  • Meeting customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service including technical sales functions, handling and follow up on enquiries or complaints, preparation of quotation, payment monitoring and etc.
  • Able to work independently in collaborating with factory and overseas. Customers regarding shipment / order and complaints.
  • Developed and maintained strategic relationship with customers to expand business endeavors.
  • Maintained key customer relationships through effective time and resource management to exceed sales goals and increase profit opportunities.
  • Liaise and coordinate with shipping department on the sales order in order to meet customer require date.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin & English preferred as roles candidate to deal with overseas clients.
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Be able to travel and attend exhibition at Oversea Country (America, Australia, China and Europe Country)
  • To assist in any ad-hoc duties by management team time to time.
