Penerangan pekerjaanProcess and review invoices, expense claims, and payment requests in a timely manner. Match purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices before processing payments. Ensure all payments are properly authorized and coded. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments to suppliers. EPF / SOCSO Bonus Annual Leave Medical leave Bonus Medical Claim
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role (1-3 years preferred).
- Understand both English and Bahasa Malaysia ( Additional language will be a bonus trait )
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, email, Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AutoCount, or QuickBooks).
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles.
