Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, QA / QC, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of QA / QC experience in M&E or construction projects.
  • Company will be based in Seremban and Project site will be based in Kelantan
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Able to read technical drawings and understand project requirements.
  • Familiar with inspection tools, materials, and QA / QC processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage quality checks throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all M&E work meets project specs, quality standards, and ISO rules (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
  • Oversee checks and tests for materials, ongoing work, and completed installations.
  • Report and track any defects or issues; help fix and prevent them (NCR / CAR).
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor quality and reduce problems.
  • Keep QA / QC records updated, including test plans, checklists, and inspection reports.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and auditors on quality matters.
  • Help maintain and improve the QA / QC system based on ISO guidelines.
  • Make sure all QA / QC forms and manuals are up to date and in use.
  • Join internal audits and help prepare for management reviews.
  • Make sure testing tools and equipment are properly calibrated.
  • Support training to boost quality awareness among staff.
  • Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the team.
