  • Prepare and post accounting entries accurately and in a timely manner. -Reconcile bank statements and other related accounts. -Assist in the preparation of financial reports. -Compile and organize informations required for audits and tax filings. -Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. -Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.   • Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. -Female candidate only, due to role-specific team requirements  -Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to manage internal communications, documentation, and coordinate with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking team.  -Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, as well as Google Sheets. -Strong multitasking abilities and attention to details. -Self-motivated, independent, and a team player. -Excellent time management and organizational skills.
