RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to payments or invoices.
  • Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
  • Working with Finance Team in collaborating with other functional teams within the organization
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, CPA Australia) or Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with eagerness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably with particular expertise / advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
