RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors.Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to payments or invoices.Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.Working with Finance Team in collaborating with other functional teams within the organizationAssist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Team Lead.Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrityREQUIREMENTS
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, CPA Australia) or Degree in AccountingAt least 1 years of relevant work experiencePossess analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with eagerness to learnStrong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably with particular expertise / advanced knowledge in ExcelRequired language : English and Bahasa MalaysiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.BENEFITS
