Senior Specialist - Sales Data Analyst

Sales Targeting Process -Manage and coordinate the sales targeting process to ensure effectiveness of sales efforts and that they are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives -Work closely with the sales team on planning, forecasting and budgeting activities Sales Tracking and Performance Management - Track and update metrics and KPIs, including but not limited to growth, win / loss rates, and length of sales cycle to assess sales performance, identify performance gaps and drivers -Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses  Principal Performance -Track and update metrics and KPIs of Principal  -Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses Incentive Measurement and Reward -Collate, analyze and report data on sales performance required for the incentive scheme -Track and update commercial operating mechanism for the management of commercial activities, funnel and sales number Funnel Management -Track, update and monitor reporting dashboards for analysis; generate reports when required -Develop sales funnel training materials and manuals Demand Forecasting -Using the funnel data, to work with product and inventory management teams for demand forecasting activities   [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-ids-medical-systems-m-sdn-bhd-job-senior-specialist-sales-data-analyst]

Work Experience and Qualification -Recognized Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accountancy, Business or related fields -At least 2 years of experience in a data driven environment  -Advance level in Microsoft Excel -Ability to present insights to management -Fluent in English
