Requirements
- Prior working experience or baking knowledge is required minimum 1 year.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Familiar with standard kitchen equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, blenders)
- Good understanding of food safety practices.
- Willing to work in shift
Responsibilities
Assist in preparations of bread and other pastriesResponsible for opening the bakery in the morning, baking fresh loaves of bread, setting out the pastries, and preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods for the following day.Monitoring, checking and receiving stocks for baking ingredientsPractice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awarenessAdhere to all food hygiene standard and proceduresAny other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Manager from time to timeBenefits
