As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you’ll be the voice of our clients’ brands on social media. You’ll help customers with their questions, solve problems, and encourage them to make purchases—all while keeping a positive and professional attitude. What You’ll Do : 📱 Reply to comments and messages on clients’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu). 📱 Help customers with questions, complaints, and feedback in a friendly and timely manner. 📱 Encourage customers to purchase products by highlighting benefits, answering questions, and offering promotions. 📱 Work with the marketing team to share updates, promotions, and new products with customers. 📱 Track customer interactions and report any issues or trends to the team. 📱 Help improve customer service and sales processes to boost customer satisfaction and sales. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, persuasive, and hungry for sales. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Must-Have Skills :

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Able to handle customer questions and complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Skilled at persuading customers and encouraging them to make purchases.
  • Good at multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or Excel. Personality Traits :
  • Friendly and approachable—you love talking to people and making them feel valued.
  • Persuasive—you know how to highlight the benefits of a product and encourage customers to buy.
  • Problem-solver—you can think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
