Automation Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and support deployed automation solutions, ensuring they continue to meet business objectives. Test and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance. Analyse and document business processes to identify automation opportunities. Implement and enhance RPA solutions using enterprise platforms. Create and maintain detailed documentation including PDDs and SDDs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Experience with RPA platforms or comparable automation / development technologies would be preferable. 1-2 years of expeirence are welcomed Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. Experience in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Certified UiPath Developer or equivalent certification in other RPA platforms. Previous experience in business analysis or related field. Knowledge of programming language with an appetite to build RPA skills. Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
As an RPA Analyst you be responsible for identifying opportunities for robotic process automation within the organization. With a focus on providing support and enhancements for existing deployments within Kerry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business processes, and a knowledge of developing Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
