Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, E-commerce, New Media, or related fields is preferred;
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage (for effective communication with creators);
  • Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and Shopee; experience in influencer coordination or e-commerce operations is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to shoot short-form videos.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Creator Collaboration

  • Identify, contact, and maintain partnerships with creators on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee. Manage affiliate content to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals. Follow up on creators' publishing progress to enhance content engagement and conversion performance.

    • Content Production & Platform

  • Assist in writing TikTok scripts, promotional campaign copy, and product marketing content. Shoot short videos and manage TikTok and Shopee accounts to ensure consistent updates.

    • Customer Interaction & Account Engagement

  • Maintain account engagement and client relationships; collect user feedback in a timely manner.

    • Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Support execution of promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

    • Operational Data Collection

  • Collect and organize data on creator performance and content metrics. Participate in performance reviews and propose optimization suggestions for future content and collaborations.
