Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for production operations and ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget. -Develop and implement policies and standards to increase manufacturing team output and quality of work. -Responsible for production output and yield achievement. -Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes technology related efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities. -Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule. -Manpower capacity planning and improve production performance. -Supervising the work of production team and organize relevant training sessions to continuously upgrade the team. -Initialising corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer complaint and product non-conformance. - Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. -Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems. -Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies. -To review production monthly report and ensure company goals and objectives are met. -To maintain the Quality System of ISO9001 and other customer audit requirements. -Enforce the implementation of 5S, project of KAIZEN and safety at the workplace.
