System Analyst

This role is to analyse, design and implement info systems to meet business requirements, provide expert guidance and support to clients and project teams. -Gather and document detailed client requirements and system specifications. -Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design tasks. -Lead the implementation and testing of system solutions. -Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals. -Provide expert technical support to end-users and clients. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. -Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. -Mentor and support junior system analysts. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. -3-5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field. -Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. -Proficiency in database management and software development. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus. -Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
