Job Summary : The Customer Engagment Executive is responsible for the execution and upkeep of FFF Media Group’s social media presence across its main pages. This includes scheduling content, coordinating with internal and client teams, responding to audience engagement, and tracking performance and platform health. The role is primarily focused on hands-on posting and administrative support, not strategy or creative direction. Key Responsibilities : Content Scheduling and Posting -Schedule and publish content for FFF Media Group pages across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook (and or any other platforms) 3 times daily. -Send live post links internally and to clients for all branded content (1–2 times daily). -Provide backup support for weekend or urgent postings when needed. Platform Administration -Update Monday.com daily for both editorial and client content (posted and boosted status). -Maintain and update the boosting performance sheet based on consultant feedback (note : boosting strategy is externally managed). -Monitor for post failures, broken links, or platform glitches. Community Engagement -Reply to comments daily on all social media platforms and pages in a brand-appropriate tone. -Flag negative or sensitive responses to the Head of Content. Insights and Reporting -Compile and submit weekly reports for social media insights. -File reports and maintain proper naming and archival for each platform. Trend Scouting and Repost Strategy -Weekly search and outreach to travel / food creators for potential repost content. Suggest viable content from creators for brand engagement or inspiration.
